With the look and feel of a 1950's service garage with a new-school twist, High Octane Coffee Company combines the automotive culture with in-house roasted coffee, local ice cream, and provides a fun, up-beat place to hang out with your friends. Our friendly and knowledgeable barista staff is always happy to serve you and help you choose the perfect beverage to shift your taste buds into high gear!
We serve many signature handcrafted blends with creative names reflecting our gear head lifestyle and humble Ohio Rust Belt roots. All of our roasts are available straight up or you may choose from our full espresso bar menu. For those craving the taste but need something cool for those hot afternoons, all of our drinks are available iced as well. Then, for those craving that extreme dose of caffeine on ice, there’s our HIGH OCTANE Cold Brew.
High Octane also features a wide selection of pre-packaged baked goods, ice cream, old fashion milkshakes, breakfast sandwiches and wraps. A selection of appropriately designed merchandise completes the experience.

Meet our owner, Joe Sylvester.
As the man behind the brand and the delicious, fresh, small batch craft coffee, Joe Sylvester is far from your ordinary coffee shop owner. With roots deep in automotive and racing culture, Joe’s passion for good coffee stemmed from traveling around the world, keeping crazy hours, and having the need to always be alert and perform at a high level. A true racer and entertainer through and through, his career has taken him all around the world from California to Europe where he has won countless events behind the wheel of monster trucks, off road trucks, dirt track cars and motorcycles. He is the holder of a Guinness World Record and is a world champion in Monster Jam competition.
Balancing out his time between running High Octane and traveling the world racing, Joe also finds it is his responsibility to be a positive roll model to his fans, the younger generation specifically.
“I am fortunate enough to be able to make a living doing what I love. I’ve never been one to settle for mediocre and I strive to live every day like it is my last and it is always my goal to inspire people to live out their dreams and make the most of every day they have. High Octane is a head-on-collission of my 2 passions, motor sports and great coffee. I hope you all enjoy.”
